Standing in the kitchen for long periods of time when it’s sunny and warm outside seems like a rather unappealing thought. The best thing would be to simply prepare a good, wholesome snack and then head outdoors. We not only have an excellent snack idea, but also the recipe for it: a homemade spread, whole grain bread and lots of vegetables.
Ingredients for a delicious white bean dill spread  
- 1 can of white beans (approx. 400g total filling weight)
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp dried dill (in the best case of course with fresh dill)
 - 1/2 tablespoon yeast flakes
 - 1 dash balsamic vinegar
 - Salt and pepper
 - Water
 
preparation
First, wash the beans in a colander and place them in a tall container. Now add the remaining ingredients, fill with a little water and blend with a blender. Depending on how creamy you want the spread, add more water and blend again. Finally, season the white bean-dill spread with salt and pepper.
